I know!

For August's birthday, I brought out a new book for her called, "Bugs". It's a great idea, there's a bunch of random things on a page, such as scissors, duck, orange, etc... and also two bugs. Anand was reading along and asking her to find the bugs.

Anand: Where's the ladybug?
August: Right there.
Anand: Where's the striped beetle? A striped beetle is a bug with stripes.
August: [exasperated] I know!

Jamie is in August's class and sometimes they play together at the park.

August: Come here Jamie!
Jamie's dad: Be careful coming down the slide!
August: Be careful Jamie!
Jamie's dad: No, that's too high for you.
August: Too high! Come here Jamie!
Jamie's dad: Don't come down this way. Go around.
August: Go around Jamie!
[Jamie runs away]


Ok, so sometimes they don't play together.
